Start a new game and make it out of the First Cave without taking any damage (start a new game to try again).

Steal the Polar Star.

Get the Life Capsule in the First Cave.

Get the Map System.

Max out the experience points for the Polar Star.

Max out the experience points for the Bubbler.

Defeat Balrog in the shack.

Max out the experience points for the Fireball.

Say No to fighting Balrog in the shack.

Find Curly's Underwear.

Defeat Balrog in the Power Room only using the Fireballs at level 1.

Collect all the life capsules in the Sand Zone.

Defeat Omega in the Sand Zone.

Fall into the paw space at the bottom of the Sand Zone.

Power up your missiles at the Boulder Chamber.

Defeat the Core at the Core of the Island.

Defeat Ironhead.

Cook the Ma Pignon.

Find the Silver Locket.

Get the Life Capsule in the Yamashita Farm.

Dig out Arthur's Key.

Collect all the life capsules at the Egg Corridor.

Hatch the ID Card

Get the Missile Launcher.

Defeat Igor in the Egg Corridor.

Defeat Igor in the Egg Corridor without taking any damage.

Max out the experience points for the Missile Launcher.

Reach the bottom of Egg No. 02.

Run Past Egg No. 7 from below (can be done from either side).

Found Santa's Key.

Received the gift of the Fireball.

Snagged Chaco's Lipstick while she's sleeping to remember the night you had together.

Collect all of the life capsules in Grasstown.

Milk out the Jellyfish Juice.

Get the Missile Upgrade and escape the "Egg Observation Room?" without fighting the Sisters.

Dig out the Bubbler.

Received the Rusty Key.

Defeat Balrog in the Power Room.

Receive the Gum Key.

Collect all missile upgrades at the Grasstown.

Fight off the Rabid Mimiga in the Grasstown.

Escape the Rabid Mimiga from the Grasstown Hut without defeating it or taking damage.

Defeat Balfrog.

Defeat Balfrog by only damaging him using the Missiles Launcher; but you can attack everything else with any weapon however, wait until the missiles are completely off the screen.

Defeat Balfrog without taking any damage.

Find the Charcoal.

Obtain the Gum Base.

Generate the Explosive.

Defeat Curly Brace.

Trade for the Machine Gun.

Kill all the outdoor Sandcroc in the Sand Zone.

Defeat Omega in the Sand Zone without taking damage.

Defeat Omega only firing the Bubbler, starting at level 1 and not allowing it to reach level 3 while firing it. (You may switch between weapons but don't fire them).

Defeat Curly Brace without taking damage.

Defeat Curly Brace only using your Polar Star.

Max out the experience points for the Machine Gun.

Find the "Out" sign in the First Cave.

Talk to the Little Man before you can put him in your pocket.

Try to hold more than one puppy at a time. (Too bad it's not like the Switch Version).

Carry a puppy.

Be given the Life Pot.

Defeat Frenzied Toroko in the Sand Zone Storehouse.

Defeat Frenzied Toroko without taking damage.

Max out the experience points for the Blade.

Take the Blade.

Reach the Sand Zone Storehouse with a puppy still on your head.

Hey the Life Capsule hidden in the labyrinth.

Unlock the door and escape Labyrinth I without taking damage, falling too far, or hitting the bottom before reaching the computer. (Reset to title screen to reset).

Generate the Snake.

Max out the experience points for the Snake.

Find the Arms Barrier.

Find the Arms Barrier before getting either version of the booster.

Be Given the Clinic Key.

Reach the Cure-All.

Defeat Puu Black in the Clinic Ruins.

Defeat Puu Black in the Clinic Ruins without taking any damage.

Defeat Monster X in the Labyrinth.

Defeat Monster X in the Labyrinth only using the Fireball. (Firing with any other weapon will lock you out of this achievement).

Receive the Booster v0.8.

Defeat Balrog in the shack only using the Polar Star at Level 1.

Defeat Balrog in the shack without taking damage.

Defeat Balrog in the Boulder Chamber.

Defeat Balrog in the Boulder Chamber without taking any damage.

Defeat Balrog in the Boulder Chamber only using the Snake, starting at level 1. You can level it up during the battle.

Be given the Turbocharge.

Max out the experience points for the Missile Launcher.

Start from the Boulder Chamber entrance and make it through Labyrinth M to the Dark Place without firing your weapon (Don't push the fire button even in menus). Do not take the teleporter.

Take the Tow Rope.

Defeat the Core by only using the Polar Star at any level. (Switching to another weapon will lock you out of this achievement. You must start the battle with the Polar Star).

Use both teleporters in the Labyrinth in a single session.

Curly's life Functions have ceased...

Save Curly from drowning.

Reach the Main Artery (Ironhead) at full health.

Discover the clever hint while in the Main Artery.

Earn the Alien Medal.

Receive the Booster v2.0.

Upgrade to the Spur. Well done!

Visit Ma Pignon early and say you have some business with him.

Receive the Whimsical Stars

Be given Curly's Air Tank.

Receive another Life Pot from Jenka.

Collect all of the missile upgrades from the "Egg Corridor?".

Defeat the Sisters by remaining on the square with the missiles and without jumping. (Make sure to be at the center of the chest).

Defeat the Sisters.

Defeat the Sisters without taking damage.

Experience the Bad Ending.

Reach the very end of the row at the bottom of both Egg 11 and Egg 10 in the "Egg Corridor?" (The measure indicator will appear when you reach the spot).

Uncover the Nakumaru Counter.

Make it from the bottom of the Outer Wall to the Storehouse without firing your gun. (Don't push the fire button at all even in menus).

Suddenly receive Sue's Letter.

Pull out the Teleporter Room Key.

Reach the door to the Last Cave before the rocket is built in the Plantation.

Successfully use the broken teleporter in the Grassland.

Receive the Mushroom Badge.

Put the Little Man in your pocket.

Defeat Ma Pignon.

Defeat Ma Pignon without taking any damage.

Defeat Ma Pignon only using the Spur at level 1. (Don't charge your weapon).

Received the Iron Bond.

Take the Little Man back home to his wife and son.

Trade for the Nemesis.

Max out the experience points for the Nemesis.

Climb the Outer Wall using the booster only 3 times, starting from the Little's house and reaching the Storehouse holding only the Nemesis and keeping it at level 1. (Go into the Little's House to reset).

Have 5 Weapons at one time.

Put on the Mimiga Mask.

Take the Broken Sprinkler.

Take the Sprinkler.

Get the Controller.

Get trapped under the rocket Momorin Sakamoto had created, and then escape.

Collect all of the Life Capsule at the Plantation.

Reach the hidden Last Cave.

Defeat the Red Ogre.

Defeat the Red Ogre without taking any damage.

Earn the Clay Figure Medal.

Make it to the Bacony from the hidden Last Cave. Congrats! You've Escaped the Cave!

"You were never seen again." (Last seen on the Balcony).

Read the sign hidden at the Balcony.

Defeat Misery at the Throne Room.

Defeat Misery without taking damage.

Defeat the Doctor at the King's Table.

Defeat the Rabid Doctor at the King's Table.

Make hearts appear at the King's Table.

Destroy the Undead Core!

Experience the "Normal" Ending.

Read the awful hidden sign in the Sacred Ground.

Get the Life Capsule in the Sacred Ground.

Get the final missile upgrade at the Sacred Ground.

Defeat the Heavy Press and make it into "Passage?".

Get the Missile Launcher packed with 100 missiles at the Sacred Ground

Defeat Ballos's first phase.

Defeat Ballos's second phase.

Defeat Ballos's final phase.

Reach the max possible health count.

Hold 24 Items at one time!

Collect all of the missile upgrades in the game, including the Super Missile Launcher.

Enter the First Cave, get the Spur, and escape without taking damage while only using the Polar Star and the Spur.

Defeat Ballos while still holding onto your trusty Polar Star!

Defeat Misery, Sue and the Undead Core.

Feel a cold wind blowing in at Egg No. 00 before it hatches.

Starting from Egg No. 00, make it back to Arthur's House without taking any damage in the Egg Corridor. (Go back to Egg No. 00 to try again).

Defeat Ballos while holding only two weapons.

Try to Escape the Fight with Balrog in the shack.

Beat the game by defeating Ballos in one session without healing from the heal computers or beds unless you're required. You must save a new game at the Start Point before you get the Polar Star. (Dying is okay).

Reach the top left edge of the platform above the Execution Chamber.

Starting from Gum, return back to Arthur's House without taking any damage. (Go back to Gum to try again).

Starting from the door to the Graveyard get Arthur's Key without firing your gun or getting hit more than Once. Don't push the fire button, even in menus or scroll text. (Return to Mimiga Village to try again).

Defeat Ballos with the Little Man still in your pocket.

Defeat Puu Black in the Clinic Ruins only using the Blade at level 1 to damage him. (Other weapons may be used as long as they don't cause damage to Puu Black).

Starting from Jenka's House, reach the Sand Zone Storehouse without taking any damage. (Return to Jenka's to try again).

Defeat Frenzied Toroko in the Sand Zone Storehouse only using the machine gun to cause damage at level 1. (Other weapons can be used to destroy the flowers).

Talk to Professor Booster while wearing the Mimiga mask.

Pass the Final Cave while still wearing Mimiga mask.

Get the Life Pot at the Plantation.

Reach the "Normal" Ending while still wearing the Mimiga Mask.

Defeat the Doctor and the Rabid Doctor at the King's Table without taking damage.

Pick up the Tow Rope after defeating the Core.

Try to obtain more than one Jellyfish Juice.

Discover the Doctor's real name.
